How long does my order take to ship?
CANADA POST IS CURRENTLY ON STRIKE. Alternative shipping options may cost more or less than described here. Any discrepancies will be discussed with the customer prior to shipping. Pickup/”meetup” is always available within the Greater Toronto Area.
Orders will be packaged and made ready to be shipped out within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and depending on Canada Post. Delivery takes approximately 3-10 days within Ontario. A Notification will be emailed to your contact email address once the package has been given to Canada Post.
How much does shipping cost?
At this time a flat rate fee of CAN$5.00 will be added for shipping and handling to Ontario addresses. Any excess shipping fees will be deducted from the final total of your bill.
Free pick up is available for residents living in the GTA who would like to pick up their purchases.
Any oversize shipments will be adjusted as per Canada Post’s guidelines. Shipments needing to be shipped outside of Ontario will be charged a maximum of $20.00 as per Canada Post’s fee schedule. Again, any excess shipping fees will be deducted from the final total of your bill.
Do you offer international shipping?
During this phase of our development we are looking into the most reliable service providers and comparing the costs of shipping internationally. Please inquire if you are purchasing outside of Canada. Customs and duties as well as shipping and handling costs will need to be factored into your total price and depend upon the carrier and country of destination.
What is your return policy?
If your purchase arrives and you discover a defect or it is broken, please contact us within a reasonable time (a week to ten days) so that the problem can quickly be resolved by us.
With defective or broken items, the only additional charge is return shipping to us unless you are able to drop off locally or arrange for pick up, locally to Toronto.
If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, money back guaranteed upon return of the item(s).
Returns are the responsibility of the buyer including costs for returning merchandise that is defective or broken.
